Fermata Swim Team

You can designate your swimmer for all of the meets or one meet at a time. We request that you input whether your swimmer will be at the dual meets by the Friday before the swim meet, so the coaches have plenty of time to strategize and create the meet lineup.

Directions for using both options are below.

1) Swimtopia app:

• Click on the app.
• Click on the particular Swim Meet or Time Trial.
• Click Meet Signup.
• Click Edit, then set status for each swimmer (Attending this meet; Not attending this meet).
• Click Save.
• Under the Edit button is the link to go back to Swim Meets where you can set the status for the remaining meets (repeat steps above as needed).

2) Fermata webpage (https://fermata.swimtopia.com/):

• Sign into account.
• From the top menu, click Meets then click Signup
  Calendar.
• Click Meet Entry for a particular meet.
• Click Edit, then set status for each swimmer
  (Attending this meet; Not attending this meet).
• Click Save.
• Under the Edit button is the link to go back to
  Swim Meets where you can set the status for the remaining meets (repeat steps
  above as needed).
